Unhealthy habits with stress

Most people tend to rise to stress in a very bad habit to fall back. It should however be clear that this can only temporarily relieve the stress.

Some of the unhealthy habits:

First Smoking - the fact is that smoking is harmful. In tobacco is nicotine, the psychoactive drug that helps in the short term stress. Then mostly then the next cigarette is lit.

Second Alcohol - Probably one of the worst habits of stress is the handle to the bottle. Excessive drinking of alcohol can not be chronic mental disorders also lead to alcohol addiction.

Third Food - There are actually people who can eat enormous amounts of stress. In particular, there are also either very sweet or fatty foods are eaten. Remember, however, that every excess kilo is very difficult to get back down.

As you can see, these were only a few of the unhealthy habits during stress. However, you should keep in mind that these unhealthy habits are indeed fighting a very easy way to stress, however, you will not help in the long run to solve the root causes.

There are many healthy methods to effectively combat stress such as: regular exercise, healthy diet, positive thinking, time as a balance to the profession, to seek contact to positive people, relaxation techniques to discover for themselves.
